These Terms and Conditions govern your access and use of the Badnii platform, which connects users (referred to as "customers") with service providers, including nutritionists, restaurants, and health supplement providers. By using the platform, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
Overview of Services
Badnii acts as a mediator that connects customers with certified nutritionists and restaurants offering healthy meals. Badnii also directly manages and provides health supplements through its platform. Services provided include:

Registration and Use of the Platform
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the platform. By using the platform, you acknowledge that you meet this requirement.
Account Creation
To use the services, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Responsibility
You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account. You must notify Badnii immediately of any unauthorized use.
Use of Services
You must not use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purposes. Any activity that harms the platform or its users is prohibited.
Relationship Between Badnii, Customers, and Service Providers
check_circleBadnii acts as a mediator between customers and service providers. The contractual relationship regarding nutrition consultations and meal delivery is directly between the customer and the service provider (nutritionists or restaurants).
check_circleBadnii is responsible for managing and selling health supplements directly to customers. Therefore, the contract related to the purchase of health supplements is between the customer and Badnii.
check_circleNutritionists and restaurants are independent contractors and are not employees or agents of Badnii.
Fees and Payment
check_circleBadnii collects a 5% administrative fee from all transactions related to nutrition services and meal delivery. This fee is non-refundable and covers the costs of managing the platform.
check_circleWhen purchasing health supplements, the customer pays the full price directly to Badnii.
check_circleAll payments are made through secure payment gateways supported on the platform.
check_circlePayment refunds are subject to the refund policy outlined in these Terms and Conditions.
Dispute Resolution
Service Disputes
In the event of disputes between customers and nutritionists or restaurants regarding consultations or meals, Badnii will act as a mediator to attempt to resolve the dispute. However, Badnii is not responsible for the quality of services provided by third-party service providers.
Product Disputes
For disputes related to health supplements, customers can contact Badnii support directly, and Badnii is responsible for resolving issues related to products sold through its platform.
Refund and Return Policy
Health Supplements
For health supplements, customers may return unopened products within 7 days of receipt. Products must be in their original condition, with intact packaging. Badnii will issue a full refund once the product condition is confirmed. Returns of opened or used supplements are not accepted.
Nutrition Services and Meals
Refunds for consultations or meals are subject to the individual service provider's policies. Badnii will assist in facilitating the refund process where applicable.
Administrative Fees
The 5% administrative fee is non-refundable.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction

check_circleAny disputes arising out of these terms or the use of the platform are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Sultanate of Oman.
